We are looking for 04 Nos. Highly Experienced and having Good English Knowledge
of Drivers with Home country Taxi Drivers Most preferably IDP (International
Driving Permit Holder ) and 02 Nos. Managerial Post with Bachelors Degree and
Overall duty to manage a Taxi Company which is in operation association
with Uber in Portugal. This would be a great opportunity to get almost 95% Visa
for long Term Jobs in a dynamic environment with strong support.
What We Offer:

📌 Responsibilities:
Harvesting fruits (depending on the season — apples, pears, plums, peaches, etc.
Sorting and packaging of produce
Tree maintenance: pruning, clearing fallen leaves, maintaining cleanliness in the area
Other farm-related tasks as directed by the supervisor
🕒 Work Schedule: 5–6 days a week, 8–10 hours per day
Overtime available upon request
💶 Salary Conditions: Fixed monthly salary — €890
Payment depends only on days worked, not on harvest volume
Paid once a month, on time
Additional bonuses possible for diligence and performance
🏡 Accommodation & Meals: Accommodation provided — shared rooms (2–4 people), basic living conditions
Often free or with minimal deduction from salary
Meals are self-catered (lunch may be provided in some cases)
📋 Requirements: Age: 18 to 45 years old
Good physical condition and endurance
Responsibility, accuracy, and work ethic
No experience required — training provided on-site
No bad habits
No language skills required — you’ll work in a team with a Russian/Ukrainian-speaking coordinator
Full support at every stage: document preparation, departure, accommodation, and job placement
On-site coordinator support throughout the season
